Welcome to our office and thank you for coming. We have compiled a list to help you understand the sequence and timing of your treatment. Please read below to simplify your "orthodontic experience".

Invisalign Treatment Sequence

1. Initial Consultation (30 min)
Review of chief concern. Clinical exam. Estimate of fee and time in treatment.

2. Records (30-40 min)
Consists of:

• Orthodontic X-rays (panorex and lateral Ceph)
• Full mouth series X-rays (as necessary)
• Impressions (moulds) for plaster diagnostic models
• PVS Impressions for INVISALIGN^TM 3D model
• A soft wax bite of teeth together
• Photographs of face and teeth

Time from records to Aligner Delivery: 6-8 weeks

3. Aligner Delivery (30-40 min)
If necessary tooth colored attachments (bumps) are placed on certain teeth. 1^st Aligner is inserted - Instructions given. You will receive 2-3 aligners every time you come in.

4. Visits (10-20 min)
Usually done once every 4-6 weeks. Check aligner fit and if necessary perform slenderizing.

5. Final Visit (30 min)
Congratulations. You have completed your treatment . The tooth colored attachments (bumps) are removed and the teeth are polished. Pictures, x-rays and final moulds are taken. Final retainer is fitted. You will wear this to maintain your teeth in their new position.
